Now Hiring: A-Level Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman (Full-Time)

We’re a family-owned auto repair shop looking for a high-level A-Tech / Shop Foreman who

takes pride in their craft, leads by example, and wants to be part of a strong, tight-knit team. This

is not an entry-level position—we’re looking for someone who can handle advanced diagnostics,

support the team, and help drive the shop forward.

If you’re the person other techs go to for answers, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:

•  Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, complex issues)

•  Handle high-skill and high-efficiency repair work

•  Support and mentor other technicians when needed

•  Help maintain workflow, quality control, and shop efficiency

•  Communicate clearly with service advisors on diagnostic findings

•  Lead by example in professionalism, organization, and workmanship

What We’re Looking For:

•  5+ years of professional automotive repair experience

•  Proven A-Level diagnostic ability

•  Strong electrical and drivability troubleshooting skills

•  Leadership mindset – someone who naturally helps elevate the team

•  Own tools required

•  ASE certifications strongly preferred (and rewarded)

•  Valid driver’s license

Pay & Benefits:

Schedule:

•  Tuesday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

•  Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (shop closed)

•  3-day weekends every week
