Scheduled Maintenance (30/60/90k Services)
Your vehicle may have reached 30,000, 60,000, 90,000 or 100,000 miles — but that doesn't mean every service on a generic mileage package is automatically necessary.
At Crown Automotive, we use your vehicle's manufacturer recommendations, CARFAX maintenance history, mileage, condition and approximately 25 years of technician experience to determine which maintenance will actually benefit your vehicle.
Manufacturer Recommendations — With Experienced Judgment
Crown follows manufacturer-recommended maintenance schedules for necessary services.
At the same time, we don't automatically recommend every fluid exchange or flush simply because it appears on a generalized service list.
Our goal is to identify maintenance that helps:
Protect vehicle reliability
Extend vehicle life
Prevent avoidable repairs
Address actual wear
Keep your vehicle properly maintained
We want our recommendations to benefit you and your vehicle, not simply increase the size of a service ticket.
We Can Review Your Vehicle's Maintenance History
Not sure what's already been done?
Crown has access to CARFAX vehicle history information as well as manufacturer maintenance recommendations.
We can use those resources along with your current mileage and vehicle condition to help determine what may actually be due.
This can be especially helpful if you:
Purchased a used vehicle
Don't have complete maintenance records
Recently reached a major mileage interval
Aren't sure whether a dealership recommendation is necessary
Want a second opinion on maintenance
Every Vehicle Is Different
A 60,000-mile Subaru may not need exactly the same maintenance as a 60,000-mile Ford, BMW or diesel truck.
Crown services all makes and models and considers the actual requirements of your specific vehicle before making recommendations.
Maintenance Without the Pressure
One of the biggest benefits of experience is knowing the difference between what can be serviced and what should be serviced.
With approximately 25 years of experience as a technician, Crown's team uses real-world knowledge along with manufacturer information to recommend what we believe will be most beneficial to the vehicle's longevity and reliability.
